Moran Barda | Founder
Barda’s experience in the packaging machinery industry spans two decades and includes management of international projects in both the industrial and business aspects. His deep knowledge and familiarity with industrial-level machinery and the issues related to them brought about the founding of Maccam.
Major General (Res.) Uzi Dayan
Major General (Res.) Dayan served as Deputy Chief of Staff at the IDF (1998) and headed the Israeli National Security Council (2000). He was the Chairman of Mifal HaPais (Israel's government-owned lottery company) between 2011-2018. Major General Dayan holds a B.Sc. in mathematics and physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and he’s earned an M.Sc. in operations research at Stanford University. He is a nephew of the legendary Israeli General Moshe Dayan.
Francesco Rizzo
Managing Director of CESI, where he’s been working for over three decades since graduating from the Politecnico university in Milan with an Industrial Technology degree. Mr. Rizzo is an expert in automation and control and protection systems. He initially focused on generation and petrochemical plants, and over the past twenty years shifted his focus to power transmission, participating in studies for regional market integration and renewable energies development and working on international projects in Spain, Egypt, UAE, Peru, Colombia, and Brazil.
Dr. Einat Kalisch Rotem
Former mayor of Haifa city and first woman ever elected to lead one of the largest Israeli cities. An architect and urban planner, studied her PhD at the ETH Zurich, lectured at the Technion and Tel-Aviv university, the founder of an architectural firm that designed major urban and building projects, as well as conceptual, for which she received notable prizes in Israel and worlwide for innovation.
Dr. Yoram Levanon
D.Sc. of Multi-Criteria Decision Making (rational and emotional). Rich experience of consulting, inventing, managing in various areas based on multidisciplinary studies of Operations Research and Physics.
Robert Roach, PhD
Dr. Roach is an expert in Physics, Aerodynamics, and Mathematics through Differential Equations. As a Professor at several U.S. universities and technology institutes, he has published over 40 technical papers and conference proceedings, and co-authored the well-known textbook: "Basic Aerodynamics". Dr. Roach is a recognized international expert in explosives trace collection and detection, and holds several patents in trace collection, process optimization and other fields. Dr. Roach is a retired USAF Officer, Lt. Col., worked primarily at USAF Flight Dynamics Lab, and is also a private pilot.
Oved Kraus
Business executive, strategist and highly skilled entrepreneur with over 25 years of international experience in media, politics, sports, music and production of televised events. Managed political and public campaigns around the globe, in parallel to serving as a manager and financial advisor for companies, systems and startups in Israel and abroad. Former advisor to the Israeli Minister of Defense, Moshe Arens. Currently serving as an analyst for various media networks.
